Nice diffuser for the bedroom
Ordered one of the functional fragrance diffusers for my bedroom. It came pretty fast, like four days to reach California. Setup was easy. The scent is subtle but definitely there, not overpowering which is good. It's supposed to help with mindfulness and I think it does kinda. Overall, a nice addition to my room. Would recommend if you're looking for something chill.

I bought the Spectral Awakening candle. It smells great. Shipping was fast, got it in three days. Burn time seems good. Will probably buy another one soon. No issues with order.
Consistently good quality
This was my third order from Balam. I've tried a few of their ritual candles before, and this time I got a Sacred Roots candle and a luxury reed diffuser. As always, the quality is top-notch. The scents are unique and last a long time. Shipping took about a week, which is typical for them to my area. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back. Never had a bad experience.
Good product, slow support response
I ordered a mindfulness candle set and a home fragrance oil. The order process on the website was straightforward, no problems there. The products themselves arrived well-packaged and the candles smell fantastic, very unique. The home fragrance oil is also really nice. My only minor issue was with delivery; it took 8 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long. I also had a question about burn time and emailed support, but it took them almost 48 hours to get back to me. While the products are great, a quicker response time for customer service would be appreciated. Still, I'd probably buy again for the quality.
